Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from our home base in Texas.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, holidays, or big sales it can take a little longer. We'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping rates

- FREE standard shipping on orders of $60 or more (order subtotal after discounts, before tax).

- Orders under $60: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver).

Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us and we'll help sort it out. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to info@floatsnholes.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
