This website, floatsnholes.com (the "Site"), is operated by Floats 'n Holes ("we," "us," "our"), based in Murphy, Texas. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Eligibility and use of the Site

2. Products and pricing

We try to show product colors, details, and prices as accurately as possible, but screens vary and mistakes happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, can't be redeemed for cash, and may be changed or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined.

All content on the Site, including the Floats 'n Holes name, flamingo logo, designs, graphics, photos, and text, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you send us comments, photos, reviews, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our business. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.
